Property Transaction Platform
Realey is an Australian property platform that brings everyone involved in a residential sale into one place. Selling agents, buyers, sellers, the solicitors who handle the transfer of title and mortgage brokers all work from the same live view of a deal, from listing and inspections through offers and auctions to contract exchange, e-signature and settlement. Logic Providers is Realey's development partner.
The Challenge
Selling a home in Australia means running several conversations at once. The agent talks to the buyer, the solicitors talk to each other, the broker works to their own timeline, and the seller waits to hear where things stand. It happens across email, phone and paper, and no one has a single view of the deal. Realey set out to replace that with one shared workspace, where every party sees the live state of a transaction while the parts that belong to other people stay private.
Our Role
Realey brings the whole transaction into one place. Parties talk in real time against the deal itself rather than in scattered email threads, contracts are signed electronically with identity verification and payments handled in the same flow, and the platform syncs both ways with the agency CRM platforms selling agents already work in, so it fits the way their teams run today. Its AI features run across every module, summarising long message threads, catching users up on what they missed, suggesting replies and showing at a glance what is still outstanding on a deal, drawing figures, dates and names from Realey's own records rather than from the model, and running in Australian regions so content stays in the country. Logic Providers is the development partner behind it. We build the React and TypeScript frontend and the Node.js API, implement the access control that keeps each party to their own side of a deal, and design and run the AWS infrastructure across separate production, testing and staging environments, with private networking, load balancing, a web application firewall carrying rate limiting and country-level access rules, managed database and file storage, content delivery, transactional email, DNS and certificates, monitoring and alerting, and automated build and deployment pipelines with approval before anything reaches production.
